Gratiola viscidula in cup - Tropica

The Viscidula gratiola is originally from North America and is relatively new to the aquatic hobby. The appearance a bit "thorny" of the submerged form makes it very distinct and easily recognizable.

It is quite easy to cultivate and prefer a good light. With a regular pruning it can be maintained very low, almost like a carpet, but it will also be good as a first and medium medium ground pillow plant.

Each stem is about 1-2 cm wide and can become 10+ cm high. The barrel branches and widens willingly giving a very dense appearance to the plant.
