Our cashback program automatically rewards all customers who make purchases on Acquarioshop. With each purchase, you'll Arca Coins that can be converted into discount vouchers for your future orders.

How does it work?
For every purchase made on our website, you accumulate Arca Coins. Arca Coins accumulated can be converted into discount vouchers. You must accumulate a minimum of 100 Arca Coins (equal to €5) to convert the coins into a voucher. The voucher can be used to get a discount on your next order.
How can you see your total accumulated Arca Coins?
Step n°1
Simply log into your account and click on the "My Rewards" section (link here to access).
Step n°2
Once logged in, select the "Rewards" option from the menu on the right, and a page will appear showing your accumulated Arca Coins and the option to convert your Arca Coins into a discount voucher for your next order.
Step n°3
To view completed and pending orders along with the corresponding Arca Coins earned, you need to click on the "Reward History" section.
Step n°4
To convert your Arca Coins into a voucher, click on the "Convert to voucher" option (see image step n°2), enter the accumulated amount in euros, and click the "convert" button.
