The Bucephalandra 'Wavy Green' is an easy to raise plant in the aquarium, has slow growth and prefer light not too strong. One of its characteristics is the destroying of the branching that makes it thick and compact in growth.
The Bucephalandra in nature usually grows on rocks or woods in rivers and streams, its appearance is very reminiscent of the Anubias.
The green leaves are about 2 cm wide and 5 cm long with wavy edges. Small white spots will appear on the immersed leaves.
Its rhizome or the creeping stem, should not be covered otherwise risking to rot.
