Microsorum Pteropus Trident in Jar - Aquaflora

Microsorum Pteropus "Trident" is an unusual form of Java fern, probably from Sarawak (Borneo). It has narrow leaves with about 2-5 lobes on each side. The central and side lobes are very tight. This variety also grows at its best with rhizome on roots or stones.

The lava rock has proved to be the best type of stone, on which the plants grow very well thanks to the surface structure of the rock.

On the leaves there can be black parts as burned which is a form of marks it is a characteristic of the microsorum, when they become flattered by that black part, the daughter plants will be born.
