The leaf blades are sometimes even slightly arched and with slightly swollen edges and black signs similar to maceration, right from here the microsorum generate daughter plants.
For its small dimensions it is also suitable for small aquariums, the "petite" variety is born from a targeted selection - particularly slow growth plants have been selected and subjected to meristematic reproduction in the laboratory. Like every fern of Java also this variety prefers grow on wood and stone.
On the leaves there can be black parts as burned which is a form of marks it is a characteristic of the microsorum, when they become flattered by that black part, the daughter plants will be born.
