Ludwigia perennis in jar - Aquaflora

Ludwigia perennis is a red plant for aquarium with a very intense color, high stem and sinuous leaves characterize its shape.

It requires a lot of light and a CO2 plant, with the right fertilization its color becomes brilliant and growth increases speed. This red plant prefers a fertile fund and hates high temperatures, is in fact not recommended to insert it into aquariums with a temperature above 26 degrees, so advisedly in aquariums with discus.

If the plant does not have all the elements required as a light, fertilization and adequate CO2, it starts immediately to perish forgiving the basal leaves and spurting in a short time. It is for this reason for expert aquarists.
