Bacopa Monnieri 'Compact' in jar - Tropica

This cultivated form of the Bacopa monnieri stem plant is more compact and, in conditions of good lighting, it behaves almost like a creeping plant. By pruning all the sprouts that grow vertically, the plant can maintain low and thick growth, as it will gladly create a large number of side shoots.

Furthermore, the plant grows well in the shadow of other plants. It is very suitable as a slightly higher carpet plant - or bushy - in the central part or front of the aquarium. Without adding CO2 and in low light conditions, the plant tends to grow more vertically and to become less compact.
