The Hygrophila corymbosa 'Stricta' is native to Thailand and has stems of 15-40 cm and 10-15 cm wide. The leaves are clear and dense green.

Plant several stems in group against the background of the aquarium, cut the upper shoots when they reach the surface of the water and replant them. In a short time they will form new roots and continue to grow. In open aquariums the Hygrophila corymbosa 'Stricta' grows easily above the water surface, where it forms blue-green leaves and small blue flowers. Growth is fast and sprouts should be cut regularly if you want to keep the plant under water. It is an extremely durable plant, suitable for beginners.
