Anubias 'Mini coin' is a variety of Anubias Discovery barriers in the water nursery Tropica In Denmark. This plant is one of the Anubias Smaller, with every smallest leaf of a little finger nail. It is easy to cultivate like his mother plant, so he doesn't like intense light.
Anubias 'Mini coin' grows better if attacked rocks or roots of trees in the aquarium. If planted in the substrate, the creeping stem (rhizome) should not be covered, as this could make the plant rot and cause death. Anubias 'Mini coin' branches easily and forms a thick pillow of small, round and intense green leaves. If the plant becomes too thick, it can be delicately divided and the new plants can be placed elsewhere in the aquarium.
It is ideal for use in dwarf aquariums, but can also add delicate details to a larger aquarium.
