Anubias Barters Var. Nana is a small attractive plant that thrives in all conditions. Originally from Cameroon, it reaches a height of 5-10 cm, while the rhizome can grow up to 10-15 cm or more. It grows slowly and its leaves last for several years, offering slow growing algae the possibility of settling. The best result is planning it on a stone or a tree root. It can be fixed with fishing wire until it sticks itself. If planted on the bottom, the rhizome should not be covered as it tends to rot. Frequently blooms underwater and is not eaten by herbivorous fish.
