Red white oranda belongs to the family of Cyprinidae and it is the result of centuries of selection in China and Japan. It is distinguished by:

• short, rounded and massive body

• large and developed fins, especially the double caudal

The white-red color can vary by extension and intensity, making each subject different from the other. This variety is very appreciated for the color contrast and an elegant and ornamental appearance.

The red white oranda requires well-sized and designed aquariums based on future growth:
