Instructions:
1. Using the supplied syringe, inject exactly 16 ml of water to be tested in one of the glass ampoules.
2. Insert one of the ampoules (control ampoule) into the external hole of the comparator.
3. Shake the Nitrate Pro Reagent bottle for forces for 30 seconds and add 8 drops into the second ampoule (reaction ampoule). Close the ampoule with the cap
And shake for 15 seconds.
4. Add 5 drops of nitrate pro reagent b, close the ampoule with the cap and shake for 15 seconds.
5. Add 5 drops of Nitrate Pro Reagent C, close the ampoule with the cap and shake slowly for 15 seconds.
6. Remove the cap from the reaction ampoule and insert it into the center hole of the comparator.
7. Wait 9 minutes until the color stabilization in the reaction ampoule at the end point.
8. Once the test is finished, look in the 2 ampoules from above and rotate the colored disc until the two ampoules have a similar color. Note: a numbness or excessive coloring of the water sample (organic load
High) can alter colors.
9. The nitrate level corresponding to the selected color is printed on the colored disc as indicated by the index on the side of the comparator body. If necessary, estimate an average value.
10. The color in the reaction ampoule will remain stable for 5 minutes. Do not consider the color in the epolla spent this time lapse.
High range: for nitrate levels above 4ppm, dilute 1 ml of water to be tested with 15ml of water ro.
