Eheim Torfpellets

Superactive peat granulate: it inhibits the growth of mushrooms, bacteria and algae and is particularly suitable for preparing for fish from very waters with a very low carbonate hardness (kH).

Features

It maintains the pH slightly acid and creates ideal conditions for all South American, Asian and West African ornamental fish (eg discus, calictids, loricarides, cyprinids, caracids, labirintids).

Final notes

Carbonate hardness must always be present in sufficient quantities; therefore we recommend checking it with a kH- test and, if necessary, raise it at 4-8 Â ° DKH

Eheim Recommend 1LT to treat 80/100 lt of water. The peat spread into contact with water for this must be wet before its use (but not rinsed). Replace every 3/6 weeks (after treatment, do not use activated carbon, the benefit of treatment would be lost).
