ATI - Carbo ex 1000gr (1.5l)

ATI Carbo EX is a air filtration system designed to solve one of the most common problems in modern marine aquariums: the excess of co₂ in the ambient air.
The air rich in carbon dioxide, sucked by the frozen food, can cause chronic lowering of water pH. Carbo Ex intervenes directly on this point, purifying the air before you enter the skimmer.

The result is a PH more stable and higher, one more efficient foam And a more healthier environment for SPS, LPS and soft corals.

Function of the former carbo system

• The air sucked by the frozen dishes pass through the filter material

• The co₂ is chemically absorbed

• The purified air enters the skimmer

• Improves gaseous exchange and the efficiency of the foam

• The aquarium pH tends to stabilize at higher values

This process is completely passive and does not require power supply.

Filter material and duration

• Content: 1000 g of filter material (about 1.5 liters)

• Longer than reduced volume filters
