Hakkai Stone is a high quality green-bluestra stone with smooth edges and a look of river stone. This rock is adorned with irregular holes that make this stone look like it was partially consumed by insects, giving it the nickname "Roccia eaten by insects". These holes are produced slowly over time and are caused by natural erosion. Thanks to its unique appearance and its interesting character, the Hakkai stone is very sought after by the lovers of planted aquariums and is still a rare commodity in the hobby of the planted aquarium.
Its dark coloration is definitely heightened against the colorful aquarium plants and in the waterscapes in river bed style.
