Maintaining adequate temperature is essential for the well-being of aquarium inhabitants. Most aquatic organisms thrive at temperatures between 24°C and 26°C. This temperature should be kept as stable as possible. Temperatures greater than 30°C and significant thermal variations can damage fish and plants, indebting them.

Lighting, pumps, ambient temperature and sunlight can increase the aquarium temperature beyond safe levels. Using cooling systems such as Aqua Cooler V2 or V4, it is possible to reduce temperature to a safe level through evaporation cooling.
