Description

It produces active oxygen in the aquarium. OXYDATOR does not require electricity, pipes or cables.
Provides a silent oxygen supply that eliminates poisons and reduces the number of water changes.
The activated oxygen is indispensable to the aerobic microorganisms that convert the excrement of fishes and food residues into harmless final products, also improves the redox potential, eliminating much of the unwanted algae and bacteria, due to water drainage.

Mode of use

Oxydator Dfor aquariums of about 100 liters),

Solution duration: about 3 weeks at 25°C (contained 125 ml)

Operation

It makes the intelligent use of hydrogen peroxide chemistry (H2O2). This molecule consists of an oxygen atom weakly fixed to a molecule of water. A "shock ", (or energy impulse) will release it.
The "discount" will be provided by the catalyst contained in the peroxide tank. Two peroxide molecules are needed to produce pure water and oxygen. Söchting OXYDATOR causes this reaction in two separate phases:

2 H2O2 ---- (catalyzer) ----> 2 H2O + O2

Phase 1 - a catalytic bar placed inside the container of plexiglass or glass (depending on models) extracts oxygen from peroxide in the necessary quantity.
A underwater bell acts as a valve, while an air cushion at the bottom of the container prevents aquarium water from penetrating the unit.

Phase 2 - Oxydator support, in special ceramics, frees pure oxygen for fish requirements.
Only this type of ceramic properly designed allows the diffusion of oxygen, while an ordinary ceramic would not have effect.

This two-stage process constantly regulates the activated oxygen, freeing the right amount for aquarium needs, automatically avoiding that the concentration becomes too high for fish.

With this system, unlike the use of aerators with porous stones, carbon dioxide will not be expelled, indispensable to the growth of plants and to the lower
