Reef Advantage Calcium Seachem

Calcium and carbonate are essential for the growth of all corals. If both become deficient, the growth of coral ceases, going to meet a rapid decline.

Reef Advantage Calcium ™ also contains magnesium and strontium in doses proportionate to typical relationships (100: 5: 0.1, approx: MG: SR). In fact, it is necessary to maintain the right value not only of calcium but also magnesium and strontium.

Unlike lime water (Kalkwasser), Reef Advantage Calcium ™ does not have a caustic pH and therefore won't damage magnesium. Used directly, it will not lower alkalinity.

Instructions for Use

Beginners: Use 5 gr (1 teaspoon) for 150in twice a week. Melt it in 250 ml of fresh water. Measure calcium every two weeks and provide appropriate adjustments.

Non-fisians: measure the soccer level, and add the doses that need to keep calcium at 380-420 mg / l. Every 5 g / 150 l will increase football of 12 mg / l. Quantity or frequency can be changed, but do not exceed 10 g / 150l per day. Later, use according to the needs in order to maintain the right value of football.

Experts: After determining the daily level of calcium absorption, create a drip system. Use the following formula to establish the quantity to add in your dripping container: M = VC / 400 (M = grams to add to the container, V = volume of the tank in liters, c = calcium doses to be added to mg / l). For example, if you want to add calcium for 25 mg / l in a 200 lit tub, you will add 200x25 / 400 = 12.5 g in the drip container.
