Aquael Turbo Filter is designed for aquarium water cleaning and ventilation. This silent and energy efficient filter provides a double filtration (mechanical and biological) out of the box. It is compatible with all the biological or chemical filter cartridges offered by Aquael, such as Bioceramax Pro 600, Bioceramax Pro 1200, Bioceramax Pro 1600, Zeomax Plus, CarboMax Plus, Nitromax Pro, Phosmax Basic and Phosmax Pro.

The sealed rotor chamber guarantees high efficiency at a relatively low level of energy consumption. All Aquael Turbo Filter models are equipped with spaces shockproof suction cups to absorb vibrations that can be transported on the glass and muty device operation.

The larger models, Turbo Filter 1000, 1500 and 2000, are equipped with a ceramic rotor axis for even quieter operation and longer life.

Thanks to the special design of the Aquael Turbo internal filters, they are easily expanded. Filter media containers can be filled with any filtering medium based on needs.

The starter kit includes:

A container for loose filtering materials with a capacity of 250 ml in the Turbo Filter 500 and 625 ml model in the Turbo Filter 1000, 1500 and 2000 models,

A Bioceramax Pro 600 cartridge for organic filtration,

A carefully selected density sponge to guarantee high filter parameters as long as possible

Turbo filters are available in three installation configurations: sponge only, only container, more sponge container. Additional containers for filter media can be purchased separately. You can easily unite them in columns thanks to a specially designed connection system. In this way, the filter can be transformed into a custom device with exclusive filtration parameters, carefully adapted to individual needs.
