Reef Carbonate Seachem

Seachem Reef Carbonate is a chemical solution of carbonates and bicarbonates (4000 meq/L) built to raise the level of alkalinity in the aquarium.

Reef Carbonate produces a pK of about 9,0 in salt water (superior to competing products). Carefully follow the recommended doses, a wrong dose could bring down the balances present in the aquarium.

WHAT IS THE IDEAL ALCALINITY LIVEL IN AQUARIUM?

The alkalinity of the coral reef must be maintained at 3–6 meq / L (8–17 dKH). Alcalinity should not fall below 2 meq/L.

DOSAGE:

Use 1 cap (5 ml) for 80 liters twice a week. It is recommended to purchase tests for the control period of alkalinity.
