Shinnersia rivularis Weiss-grun in pot - Tropica

Variety of Shinnersia rivularis, characterized by white veins on the leaves, 30-60 cm long and with wide stems up to 10 cm. This chromatic mutation was discovered in the nursery of aquatic plants Dennerle.

The plant grows rapidly and quickly reaches the surface of the water, but the sprouts can be simply removed and planted again on the bottom. Shinnersia does not appreciate high temperatures. It tends to become leggy, but several plants placed in a group improve their appearance. The colors develop optimally in favorable light conditions.
