Origin: Central and Eastern Europe, East Asia

Values Water: Temp. up to 25°C; Ph higher than 7; Adaptable to all values of Gh and Kh

Multiplication: By fragmentation of the single ball

Light: Poor or medium, preferable shaded areas or light filtered by gallegiant plants

Features: It's the only freshwater algae on the market.

Characterized by a very slow growth, prefers slightly moved, clean and alkaline water.

Being a slow-growing "plant", exposure to direct or very intense light can cause algal proliferation.

It resists very wide range of temperatures but resists little to temperatures above 25 degrees.

Its shape makes it a particular suspended perticolate filter.

If it gets dirty, it is possible to rinse it, soon it will come back to sink absorbing water.
