A relatively fast growing Echinodor from Mexico, suitable for large aquariums reaching 20-50 cm long leaves and a 15-30 cm wide rosette. Easy and little challenging, excellent plant for beginners.
His undulating leaves, of light green color are very decorative. Unlike other round leaf varieties of the species, Echinodorus cordifolius fluitans ha less likely to grow on the water surface. If it grows large enough, it forms large leaves just below the surface.
