Heteranthera Zosteriifolia in Cup - Tropica

The Heteranthera Zosteriifolia of South America is an extremely beautiful plant, which forms many side shoots and thus quickly forms a group of bushy plants.

The stems can reach 30-50 cm high and 6-12 cm wide. The leaves often become black on the back. In conditions of strong light the growth is intense and the plant must be built before it becomes so compact that the light does not reach the lower leaves. The aquatic roots often form on the stem. Those can be easily cut and replanted.

In the open aquariums shape small blue flowers if you let some sprouts spread over the surface.
