A product can be made for:
• Warranty
All goods sold on the Site enjoy the guarantee by the suppliers with respect to the date of purchase. The warranty period is valid for a minimum of 24 months for the consumer (physical person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by requiring invoice and/or specifying a reference of VAT in the order form); 12 months for purchases made by companies. In order to use this, the Customer must retain the invoice and the transport document that will receive at the delivery of the goods.
Repair operations during the warranty period are guaranteed through the Service Centres authorized by individual manufacturers. The transport costs related to the sending in repair and the return of the repaired product are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise specified in the warranty policies of the specific manufacturer (very manufacturers carry out at their expense the return of the product in guarantee). If, as a result of intervention by an authorized Service Centre, the issue of origin should not be a defect of non-compliance covered by guarantee, the Customer will be charged the costs of testing, verification and restoration provided by the Service Centre. The replacement of the product in case of DOA (Dead On Arrival: product not working at delivery) will be carried out only if expressly provided by the specific manufacturer. The replacement or repair times of the product depend exclusively on the manufacturer's policies.
In the event that, for any reason, it is not possible to return to the Customer a product in guarantee (restored or replaced), Acquarioshop will proceed to its replacement with a product of equal or superior characteristics.
In all cases, the goods to be repaired or replaced must be returned by the Customer, at his own expense, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (original packaging, documentation and accessory equipment).
• Product not in accordance with that purchased
It is possiblebile return a product for manufacturing defects, becauseit is not working, becauseit is damaged or for sending a wrong product within 10 days of delivery.

1. General rules for product return
To comply with the deadline it is sufficient to send for time the "return request" of the product you want to return.
At this point the buyer you can return the product by paying the shipment. Shipping costs will be refunded if the product:
- does not match the ordered one
- is damaged or not working.
The refund is in accordance with the standard rates of our courier. Additional costs may not be refunded. We offer the possibility to withdraw from our courier, directly at the customer's domicile, after payment of shipping costs as from our table.

The product arrived in our warehouses comes examined and treated, therefore, solved the problem, according to the request made by the customer, sent back to the domicile of the same.
IMPORTANT: FISH AND PLANT WASTE IS NOT ACCEPTED BECAUSE IT IS PERISHABLE
Application of the right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 5 DL 185/1999, if the Customer is a consumer (physical person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by requiring invoice and/or specifying a reference of VAT in the order form), you can exercise the right of withdrawal, for any reason and without need to provide explanations. Without prejudice to the exclusion cases listed below, the right of withdrawal may be exercised within 10 working days of receipt of the goods purchased, by written communication sent tramitand registered letter with return receipt, which makes manifest the will to withdraw from the contract. This notice may also be sent within the same period of 10 days, by e-mail to the address fabio@acquarioshop.it provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within 48 hours.
Once we have received the aforementioned withdrawal notice, the Customer Care Service of the Site will quickly communicate to the Customer all the instructions for sending the "return request" and how to return the goods, which will take place within 48 hours.
The right of withdrawal meets the limits laid down by DL 185/99, in particular is subject to the following conditions:
• the purchased goods must be intact, unused and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging, documentation and accessories);
• the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the Customer. In case of damage to the goods during transport, Acquarioshop will notify the Customer of the event within 5 days of receipt of the goods in its warehouses, in order to allow him to press promptly complaint against the courier he chooses and obtain the refund of the value of the goods (if insured). In this event, the product will be made available to the Customer for his return, and the request for withdrawal will be cancelled at the same time. Aquarioshop does not respond in any way to damages or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments;
• upon arrival in stock, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from the transport. If the packaging and/or the original packaging are ruined, Acquarioshop will retain a refund due to a percentage, however not more than 10% of the original packaging, as a contribution to the costs necessary for restoration;
• if Acquarioshop has received the price of the product from which it is terminated, it will refund to the Customer the relative amount (called any sums for the restoration of the packaging), by means of Bank Transfer, within 30 days from the date of reporting of the withdrawal by registered and not before receiving the product. It will be the responsibility of the Customer to provide the bank details (Cod. ABI - CAB - Current account of the order holder) on which to obtain the transfer.
Responsibility exemption
Acquarioshop is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct and/or indirect, resulting from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalog published on the Site, even for delayed and/or failure to deliver the product, nor for miss correspondence of the goods to the specifications published on the site, or for any other fact not attributable directly to the Aquariumshop.
Any right of the Customer shall be excluded for damages or compensation, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons and/or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
The correct image of the descriptive tab of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics, but differ by color, size, accessories present in the figure. All support information is intended as a simple generic information material, not related to the real characteristics of a single product. Aquarioshop does not respond to typographical errors or variations in the characteristics and prices introduced by manufacturers or damages caused by improper use of products.
Privacy
The personal data requested during the forwarding of the order are collected and processed with the aim of satisfying the express requests of the Customer and to activate the procedures for the execution of orders and the necessary communications. No personal data will be transferred to third parties.
Acquarioshop guarantees to its Customers compliance with the regulations regarding the processing of personal data, according to the privacy code referred to in the D.L. n. 196/2003.

Regulation in force
The contract of sale between the Customer and Acquarioshop is concluded in Italy and regulated by the Italian Law. For any civil and criminal dispute arising from the conclusion of this contract of sale at a distance the competent forum will be that of the municipality of residence or domicile of the owner of Acquarioshop.
