Taxiphyllum barbers Bogor Moss on lava rock - Tropica

The Taxiphyllum barbers, coming from Southeast Asia, is a durable plant that has few requirements in terms of water and light.

The moss often becomes 3-10 cm and grows willingly on any surface, so it is ideal to decorate stones and roots of trees or to hide installations in the aquarium. Fix the plant with a piece of fishing wire or cotton until it is fixed on the furniture. If its growth becomes too luxuriant, it can be pruned with scissors.

In breeding aquariums the Taxiphyllum barbieri offers a great hiding place for young fishes.
