With special activated carbon, EasyCrystal FilterPack C250/300 is a replacement filter medium for the EasyCrystal internal filter and should be used for chemical, mechanical and bioactive filtration in fresh water aquariums up to 40 liters. The filter cartridge can be changed quickly and easily without wetting the hands. White filter fabric has the prefilter function for larger particles, while Green filter fabric is used to filter smaller particles. The special activated carbon is used instead to eliminate unpleasant smells. Thanks to the practical clip holder, the cartridge can be changed quickly and cleanly.

The degree of contamination of the filter can be determined by the water flow. Depending on the type, the filter should be cleaned every 14 days up to 3 months when the flow is reduced by about half. To wash the filter material it is necessary to use lukewarm tap water or aquarium water. When using filter sponges, simply squeeze them. Do not use hot or cold water, because it destroys the useful bacteria of the filter. Do not use detergents.
