Artemio 4, Live Food Silks - JBL

This kit of 4 silkscreens JBL Artemio 4 is a spare part for the JBL ArtemioSet and fits perfectly to the collection container JBL Artemio 2. It allows you to easily separate the newly opened nauples from the saline solution when they are drained by the incubator, so that they can be given directly the meal or raised in another container. Thanks to the different size of the jerseys of the four silkworms, live food is quickly separated from the cultivation solution and egg shells. The following sizes are available: 0.15, 0,30, 0,60 and 1 mm.

Artremy nauples are of the right size to be eaten by smaller fish. The newly-slapped artemia nauples are an indispensable live food for successful fish farming and few losses. Using arthemia eggs, as JBL ArtemioPur (available separately), nauples can be incubated with ease and need. The content of animal protein allows to achieve optimal growth and an intact immune system.

However, it may be difficult to feed squealous fish and those from wild catch zones: in these cases you have to resort to live food. Very small fry should first be fed with unicellular organisms, so-called infusors (Paramecium) or, p.es., with JBL Nobilfluid as long as they grew enough to feed with artemy nauples. JBL ArtemioPur is to be poured into a 2-3% crop solution, prepared with a special and well aerated salt. In 24-48 hours, the nauples of artemia sgusciano and can be fed to the fry or bred in a breeding tank.

In the container, built specifically in the form of a funnel, it is possible to hatch the artemy nauples efficiently and economically, under strong aeration. The funnel shape ensures that there is no dead corner where the eggs can be laid. So you get an excellent share of hatching. The funnel shape and the integrated exhaust valve make it easy to remove artemia nauples. The funnel shape and aeration pump (available separately or in JBL ArtemioSet), allow to obtain an excellent share of hatching and an effective feeding of the fry.

The auditorium is expandable to please, simply by connecting additional auditoriums with support. The meticulously designed construction of the container cover makes it possible to operate with all the extensions that are needed, managed by a single air pump.

How to use:

Artemy eggs JBL ArtemioPurvanno schiuse in a salt solution of 2 to 3 %, which succeeds best with JBL ArtemioSal.(available separately). This special salt contains microalgae as the first food and a buffer system for maintaining the optimal pH value. Breeding works better in JBL ArtemioSet. In addition to a specially designed crop container and an action pump, this complete kit contains all the parts necessary for a comfortable and efficient crop. Fill the container with 0.5 liters of water and add 10-15 g (2 scoops) of JBL ArtemioSal and, if necessary, 1-3 scoops of eggs JBL ArtemioPur Artemia. With a strong ventilation and a temperature around 25°C, the nauples taste after about 24 hours. With lower temperatures it takes a few hours longer. The aeration is absolutely necessary because it ensures an optimal result of hatching and the necessary oxygen supply. After hatching, turn off the action. Within a few minutes the nauples gather on the bottom of the tank and the empty shells rise to the surface of the water. Now you can pick up the nauples in a sieve and, according to the intended use, administer them to the fry or breed them in a special tub.
