Liquid iodine 250ml supplement

This supplement brings high bioavailability iodine because stable in marine water, thus guaranteeing a correct growth of fish and invertebrates.

This iodine is in the form of iodide, which is the form of iodine most present in natural marine water: it is the only one similar by marine organisms.

This form of iodine is perfectly soluble and generates clear and transparent solutions. Other forms of iodine (for example the red metallic iodine, used for disinfectant solutions) could be dangerous for marine organisms, because not completely bioavailable.

Maintaining an adequate concentration of iodine leads to have corals with non-fine and stressed fabric, tridacne with a well-open cloak and all other hermatypal organisms in perfect health.

A concentration between 0.04 - 0.06 ppm is optimal.

In the aquarium iodine is removed from the frozen room and the active carbon for which it is very important to reintegrate it regularly.
