Substrate
The Juncus Repenens is a palustrated plant similar to a grass that grows lasting even underwater. This species of little rush is originally from the southern and eastern regions of the United States, where it can be found in shallow and marshy waters.
Juncus repens is a robust and easy to treat plant. Relatively sweet water with a good CO2 power are the ideal environment to make it grow at its best. Combining it to other herbaceous plants decorative meadows can be made. But this little creeping joint makes its beautiful figure also as a "filling plant" between the stones.
In the presence of intense brightness and with a good micronutrient intake the shoots can also take a slightly reddish color.
The photo of the plant is indicative for the species, being a natural product can vary in the shape and shades of color.
