AMTRA Preexure combines biological and mechanical filtration with UVC sterilization allowing water to purify water and eliminate pathogenic germs and suspended green algae that cause cloud.

AMTRA Prexure is also equipped with a backwash and automatic mechanical cleaning system of filter sponges.

The dirt particles in suspension are deposited in the filter sponges. Bacterial flocculations also contribute to the formation of sewage sludge.

These deposits reduce the flow of water and therefore the efficacy of the filter.

For this reason the filter sponges must be cleaned regularly, approximately every 1-2 weeks.

In AMTRA Prexure This operation takes place automatically:

1. Turn the function selector clockwise.

2. The filter will automatically switch to cleaning mode. The cleaning gear starts compressing sponges to obtain the mechanical cleaning of them. Dirty is removed through the action of the backwashing.
