Monosolenium tenderum in cup - Aquaflora

The Asian Monosolenium tenderum is an attractive hepatic, 2-5 cm tall, which looks more like a giant Riccia that simply remains on the bottom, where form of pillows.

It is a fragile plant and the pieces come off easily, so it is better to put it in the aquarium attached to the stones with a fishing wire or in small tufts among other plants like the Eleocharis.

Once the Monosolenium has established, it is very little demanding. This plant is mistakenly known as Pellia.
