'Spiky Moss' is Asian and grows from 2 to 10 cm in height. Better described as the major brother of the Christmas moss, it is larger and has a lot of branched sprouts of intense green color. The moss in ears gives its best on vertical surfaces, where branched sprouts are noticed. You can get a beautiful carpet effect if you plant small tufts in the background substrate with a small intermediate space. It grows quickly and thrives with a very low light intensity.
