Orders of fish, plants, and live food are collected until Saturday at 12:00 PM and shipped the following Tuesday or Wednesday.

Plants in stock at L’Arca are shipped within 24/48 hours; availability refers to stock at the greenhouse in the Netherlands.

In rare cases, a plant may not be delivered by the supplier; in such cases, L’Arca reserves the right to cancel the order.

All shipped fish are inspected and certified as healthy by a veterinarian, with quarantine already completed.
