Pinguicula 'Calderoniae'

Pinguicula Calderoniae is a perennial rosette carnivorous plant.

Origin: Pinguicula Calderoniae is a plant native to Central America, especially Mexico (Llano del Conejo).
Habitat: it lives in calcareous soils often clinging to vertical rocky walls where water flows.
Light: the penguicula loves diffused light and few hours of direct sunshine. In the warm months it is preferable to keep it shaded while in winter it loves full sun.

Watering: loves limestone water, so tap water is fine. In summer it is enough a cm of water in the underwater while in winter it is reduced to make it return in the compact winter rosette. You return to water in April with the arrival of spring.
Relative humidity: it is recommended to maintain moisture between 50% and 70%.
Temperature: avoid exposure to temperatures below 5 degrees; prefers moderate temperatures, between 15°C and 25°C.
