Thanks to the experience of Mr. Paccagnella, to his numerous travels to the world and to the entrepreneurship of Mr. Castaldini, the company Anubias in 1990 the reproduction of aquatic plants began in a structure of just 700 square meters where each breeding bank became a test table, or rather still the foundation of what has now become the leading company in Italy for the production of aquatic plants.Maurizio Castaldini has immediately been able to count on the precious help of his family and his wife Donatella, who from the first moment has joined the husband in this activity, worrying with him not only of the cultivation of plants, but also to create what today is to all effects the commercial structure of the company.The step from a leading Italian family business company with more than 15 employees, was relatively short and followed market demands, growing exponential in the 1990s.Currently the company has a structure of about 8000 square meters, of which 1500 in Sardinia dedicated to the cultivation of the genus Anubias and the remaining 6500 in Villanova di Castenaso, on the first outskirts of Bologna. Less
