AQUAEL MINI UV is a unique device. It has the shape of a short sleeve that is installed on the inside filter output. In its interior there are four UV-C LEDs that sterilize the water passing.

It is adapted with all internal filters of the AQUAEL line (FAN, UNIFILTER, TURBOFILTER, PAT MINI).

It perfectly removes algae from the water, avoiding it to become green. It kills pathogenic bacteria and protects fish from diseases also destroys protozoa that cause green water.

The efficiency of UV LED has already been tested in UNIFILTER UV POWER filters and UNI UV modules for UNIFILTER filters. In addition, it is easy to install and does not require additional maintenance. Because it is powered independently, it can be turned on and off at any time. Thanks to the small size, the sterilizer can be installed inside the aquarium and can also be used in small aquariums such as e.g.

The mini UV LED sterilizer, in addition to having a very low consumption and high efficiency, also offers the advantage of not overheating the small water volumes of nano aquariums, as it often happens with normal UV lamps.
