EquilibriumTM does not contain sodium, which at high levels can damage plants. The use is optimal when combined with the use of osmotic water or deionized water or mineral water. EquilibriumTM raises the content of essential/electrolytes (GH) water to balance and promote the stability of carbonate hardness. To keep the KH stable, we recommend Alkaline BufferTM.

Format: 300 gr.

Why is it Different?
Unlike most competition products, Equilibrium does not contain sodium chloride. Both sodium and chloride are elements that are not quickly absorbed in an aquarium with plants, and, especially in the case of chloride may result in heavy damage. Competitive products contain mainly sodium chloride (because it is less expensive), which increases the level of electrolytes, which can be useful for fish, but destructive for plant growth. In addition, sodium is a cancer that negatively affects the level of GH. EquilibriumTM contains only calcium, magnesium, and potassium salts, which help the metabolism of fish, but also contribute to the growth of plants.

Instructions for Use
To raise the minerals/GH content for 1 meq/l (3dh), add 16 grams (1cucchiaino) for every 80 liters, when the aquarium is newly installed or when making partial EquilibriumTM changes can be added without being diluted, although it is advisable to dissolve it in a liter of water (the mixture will have a white opalescent). When the mixture is added to the aquarium, a mist will be created which should lighten within 15-30 minutes. COUNCIL: Do not use EquilibriumTM when you scrape the evaporated water. This dose is to be used with osmotic or deionized water; for other types of water, measure the (GH) first, then add Equilibrium according to what is needed. The plants have different needs, but a general parameter is about 1–2 meq/L (3–6 dH) or is uniform to the carbonate hardness levels (KH), which is ideally about 1–2 meq/L (3–6 dKH).
