HOLLOW BIO BEADS is a biological filtering material with a patented innovative design in the shape of a quarry, which promotes deep formation of denitrification zones. Consisting of inert ceramics has a large usable surface, about 700 sqm/L.
Thanks to the Open PorosityTM technology, it has a special structure with open macropores that guarantees a perfect colonization and at the same time delays the clogging phenomena, extending maintenance times.
