Algae Control Marine Seaweeds against Cyanobacteria

Why are cyanobacteria and algae? Because there are nutrients in the water and no competitor that removes those nutrients before they are consumed by cyan or algae.

Who are the competitors and where are they? They are bacteria but the involuntary consequence is that the foam of protein, UV and Ozono is that they remove the bacteria from the water but do nothing to cyan and algae that are attached to the surfaces of your aquarium.

The long-term solution to cyan and algae problems is to add competitors to your aquarium that can consume nutrients and then remove such organisms.

We recommend using our Canobacteria & Algae Control program to achieve this. We then use the foam to remove the bacteria thus removing the nutrients.
