Bucephalandra cultivated on lava stone.
In nature, the Bucephalandra usually grows on rocks or wood in rivers and streams, just like the Anubias, to which they resemble regarding use and care in aquarium.
The Bucephalandra 'Wavy Green' is an easy, slow growing plant that prefers lower light levels. A pleasant and dense look is guaranteed by the will to branch, even without a pinch.
The green leaves are 2 cm wide and 5 cm long with wavy edges. Small white spots appear on the dipped leaves.
The creeping stem, the rhizome, should not be covered when planting. This way the plant rots and dies.
