It can be attached to logs, rocks or placed directly in the sub layer try not to submerge too deep the rhizome otherwise the plant will rot.

Temperatures between 16°C and 30°C, PH between 5.5 and 8, iron and potassium fertilizer, medium hardness water, the presence of CO2 from or to 10 mg x liter, is not among the rapidly growing plants. Fertilized with Iron and Magnesium to help foliage production. Extremely rare the availability in this period in the aquarium world, for this reason it has a disproportionately high price.

LAnubias Barteri Glabra has green, wide and long leaves, if well fertilized produces a leaf a week, this plant blooms also submerged, gives birth to a bud that resembles a calla of color tendentially green light from which a white tab emerges, if the temperature is not very high the bloom survives for about a month, the male flowers will grow in the upper part while the female ones in the lower part.

The size of the plant ranges from 21 cm in height to 9 cm in width but if placed in very large aquariums can reach 50/60 cm.

Reproduction: It reproduces by side jets or Rizoma.
