In the right growth conditions with addition of CO2 and a nutrient background this plant grows rapidly and can reach the 25-50 cm long and each stem up to 15 cm wide. In good light shape horizontal side shoots and becomes attractive and thick.
More decorative when different stems are planted in a small group. In open aquariums sometimes sends sprouts over the surface of the water, forming small blue flowers.
