Hemianthus callitrichoides is a Cuban plant, attractive and popular in the foreground for small aquariums.
It is not a difficult plant, but requires good conditions as light sufficient, CO2 added, water circulation and fertilizer to thrive.
If planted in small groups a few centimeters away, it will spread quickly and will cover the bottom as a carpet. Cut the carpet regularly, otherwise the lower parts will not receive enough light causing the death of the root.
