Originally from New Zealand, Eletinoid Glossostigma is one of the most popular plants for Japanese-inspired aquariums. It is one of the smallest aquarium plants (high 2-3 cm), and therefore is a good first floor plant. It's a plant difficult and demanding, which requires light, if the light is poor, it grows upward rather than horizontally.
It should be planted in small hangers at intervals of a few cm each from each other, so that by growing it forms a nice carpet, and it is necessary to be careful that overhanging plants do not remove the light. Adding CO2 and soft water significantly promotes growth.
