Utricular calycifida is a perennial aquatic carnivorous plant, also known as physalis. This is a species known for its unique catch mechanism.
- Origins: This plant is endemic to northern South America and can be found in Brazil, Venezuela, Suriname and Guyana.
- Color and size: The Culycifida Eyebrow is a small plant, which usually reaches a'height of about 15 cm. It produces large leaves with purple veins.
- Light: the plant prefers light from moderate to intense. It can grow both in full sun and in partial shade.
