Yotta Plus Twinstar

The principle of operation is based on the sterilization capacity of the microbulae generated by the diffuser; such microbullets destroy the harmful spores that can be introduced in the tank when we put a new fish or plant, it also eliminates the venetian bacteria, but in no way harmful to the aerobic bacteria necessary for the subsistence of the aquarium.

In this way, fish health will be strengthened and protected by the attack of harmful bacteria.

It is designed not to affect the aquarium ecosystem in any way so that you can manage the tank more simply and more effectively.

Diseases that arise in the organism of fishes tend to be caused by the mixture of 3 distinct factors:

environmental factors

possible shortcomings of the immune system

contingent pathogens.

If the immune system is lacking and, at the same time, pathogenic agents increase their presence, the probability of disease onset increases exponentially.

Pathogenic agents are present everywhere, both in the air, in the water and even inside the same organism of the fish; what keeps them at bay, avoiding that we cause diseases, is the immune system (it is the same mechanism in the human body).

However, if this natural shield is lowered due to external factors, such as a decrease in water quality or sudden and sudden temperature changes, the risk that pathogenic agents cause disease to develop is particularly high.

Yotta eliminates pathogenic agents due to its strong sterilization capacity:

taking advantage of direct and indirect sterilization, a few minutes of operation is sufficient in an hour to eliminate harmful pathogens.

over 1200 tests carried out by the National Fisheries Research and Development Institute show that the rate of bacteria such as "Aeromonas Hydrophila", "Herpesvirus", "Saprolegniasis" and "Eschericha Coli" is reduced to 99.9%

The table shows the data published by the National Fisheries Research and Development Institute; these data show clearly how the rate of harmfulness of chronic pathogens vertiginously within 15 seconds starting from the emission of microbodies.

A sterilizer instead, after the same time interval, leaves a rate of harmfulness equal to 65%.

Unlike a normal UV sterilizer that should remain on 24 hours on 24, Twinstar it does not need a constant action as its effect is much stronger so, while always connected to the electrical network, the software inside it drives the product only according to the needs of the tank; this leads to a considerable advantage from the point of view of energy consumption.

Moreover, it must also be taken into account that a sterilizer begins to lose effectiveness already from the 3 month of use (due to the loss of effectiveness of the internal lamp); Twinstar however, it maintains its effectiveness at the highest levels for over 12 months, which will be sufficient to replace the reactor. .

It is worth noting how management costs are infinitely lower than a common sterilizer.

Twinstar Yotta Plus can be used in two ways:

pressing once the ignition button the product enters into operation, pressing a second time you select the M1 mode (for 50 to 100 litre tanks), pressing a third time the product enters the M2 mode (for 100 to 200 litre tanks); then, an additional pressure of the button brings the product in the M3 mode (for tanks up to 430 liters)

Positioning Twinstar:

install the speaker Twinstar, using the appropriate suction cups, in a zone of the tub where there is a good recirculation of water as long as it is distant from the suction tube to prevent the microbulae being aspired before becoming effective; it is recommended to install the diffuser on the bottom of the aquarium in correspondence of the output flow.

How it works Twinstar:

The device bases its operation on an intelligent aquarium management algorithm; the ecosystem of the tank varies depending on the "age" of the tank itself, the program of Twinstar regulates the intensity and frequency of microbolal emissions according to the conditions in which the tank is poured.

The operation is very simple then, it is enough to turn on the device, select the suitable mode to your own tank, and Twinstar will do everything else automatically.

In case you want to reset Twinstar (for example if you want to move it to a new tank or if you want to refit the aquarium) it will be enough to hold the start button for 10 seconds.

Maintenance:

To make sure Twinstar is always 100% efficient it is advisable to clean the reactor with a sponge filled with a cleaning solution

This solution is achieved by diluting 20cc of Sodium Hypochlorite (the common bleach or wagon) in 1000cc of water and keeping it at rest for about 3 hours before use.

The reactor Twinstar has an average life, if used appropriately, of about 9-14 months after which it is to be replaced with its spare part.
