In the water, turbulence is generated using ceramic cable tubes.

The water then continues its path through the other filtering layers.

The surface of the SUBSTRATpro spheres, among them very compact is configured in such a way as to offer large areas of colonization to the main cleaning bacteria.

Thanks to the combination of a high apparent volume mass (i.e. the greater number of possible spheres) is an ideal colonization surface (surface on individual spheres), SUBSTRATpro creates the perfect environment for useful clean bacteria, which contribute to keeping crystalline and healthy the water of your aquarium.
